Why YLCC?

The potential of a group is far greater than the sum of its parts. At YLCC, our ultimate goal is to help your group reach its unique potential. We offer dynamic, highly-customized leadership training retreats at our Leadership Training Centre at YLCC Lake Simcoe.

Whether you are a student council interested in building the capacity of your student leaders, a school looking to cultivate a sense of community among your student body, or a group of friends looking to have an awesome few days doing camp activities – we can make it all happen! We also cater to corporate and community groups for Annual General Meetings, corporate picnics or team-building events. Should you be interested, there are also a limited number of weekends available for weddings and family reunions.

Whether you are looking for a single-day or multi-day program, we are able to cater your YLCC experience to meet your group’s specific needs and goals.

We had such a great time! Your camp is aMazing. The students loved it, and did things they never thought they would have! The slide show at the end was the cherry on top!!!

“Just want to thank the Pigeon Lake YLCC staff for another wonderful experience. My Grade 7 class just returned from their overnight with smiles on their faces and singing ‘pizza man’. I have taken a group for a number of years now and I never tire of the experience. YOU rock!”
