He co-founded the social enterprise, PickWaste (featured on CBC, CTV and CityNews). He was featured on one of the Top 100 podcasts in the world - Humans 2.0 and has consulted directly with the CEO of A&W Canada. Dillon is also a connector for the League of Innovators; a charity which is striving to bridge the gap between high school students and entrepreneurship!

As a former Camp Director, the Co-Founder of the youth-led environmental movement, PickWaste, and the current Managing Director of UWAC (Canada’s largest student run accounting conference) Dillon understands the importance of student leadership in school communities and aims to teach students about the importance of everyday impact.
So often, students have great ideas but have trouble turning those ideas into action. Dillon explains how change stems from serving your community as appose to leading a community. People generally buy into the leader before they buy into the vision, and it is crucial for students to lead by example and serve others.
Dillon takes students through a journey in which he shows them how to lead themselves, so they can effectively lead others and create an impact in their local community.
