As a child Cody was terrified of public speaking. He is an introvert by nature but didn’t know it at the time. He thought he was just a ‘shy’ kid. As he grew he started to enjoy the challenge of speaking and inspiring groups. He completed his Masters degree in Australia and has since come back to his home town in Brantford, Ontario.
Cody has recently founded a ‘100 Guys Who Care’ Fundraiser with his best friend - raising $27,000 for local charities in 2016. He is teaching public speaking to youth groups in the local community as well as delivering key note presentations on a diverse range of topics. He is an avid student of anything that will lead to a healthier and happier life - that knowledge is what he would like to share with you.

But when I found my ‘One Thing’ - that’s when everything changed! It’s your unique strength, it’s your passion, it’s what you’re meant to be doing. In this interactive workshop I will take you through a few simple exercises that will help you find your ‘One Thing’ and show you how to make it a reality.
